All features of the application are available to end users without registration.
Device identifiers and purchase receipts are collected when a subscription is purchased. The purpose for collecting device ID is to be able to associate purchase receipts with an unique identifier and analyze purchasing and or usage metrics. No additional information is collected from the device.
The application will request access to health readings from WatchOS Health Kit when in session, and save the session data back to the Health Kit store. Please note the application uses this data for real-time feature functionality. Session analytics (duration, health readings, derived sleep evaluations and alarm notifications) may be collected for feature development, and are additionally stored on your device. Please be aware that the data stored on your device through the use of the Lucidly application is not encrypted. Please refer to your service's privacy policies if you enable device cloud back up features.
No personally identifying content is collected by us when you use the application. Health data and session metrics are anonymously and automatically collected when you use Lucidly.
Data collected during routine use of the application is done so for the purposes of developing and further improving application features. We do not share or sell data collected by the application.
Device identifiers, purchase receipts, and session analytics will be stored indefinitely.
Health data provided for Lucidly functionality are additionally stored locally on the end user's device. The application will store about 7 days worth of data. Sessions are periodically and automatically removed by the application. Health data written back into your health kit store will remain there unless you decide to remove and delete it.
As new features become available and released, this privacy policy may need to be updated. We will update this policy with appropriate references as this information becomes available. Significant changes to the collection or use of data will be reflected on this privacy policy, and updates to the privacy policy announced on the app store.
